Initiated in 1998, the ProClassic Championship brings together dozens of riders (80 in 2019) on classic motorcycles (manufactured before 2003) divided into several categories, such as Honda 900 CBR (Superbike 1000), Suzuki 750 GSXR (Superbike 750), Kawasaki 600 ZXR, or Ducati 749 (Supersport 600). Race weekends include at least one (but often two) qualifying and 2 rounds, on renowned circuits such as the Bugatti at Le Mans (as a prelude to the 24h bikes in 2019), Spa-Francorchamp, or the circuit of the Val de VIenne in Vigeant.
